Lock in your rental days and select your camcorder package!

Once you’ve selected the camcorder 7 minimum rental days, the camcorder package and the editing style you want ( Retro or Classic) , your Camcorder will arrive a 3-4 days before your special day. It will arrive in a curated box with all the necessary accessories to make sure you’re fully equipped for the day. Your camcorder will be fully charged and ready to go, the moment you open the box. Within the package you’ve chosen, you’ll receive fully charged batteries ( Each battery can film up to 3 hours) an empty 265GB memory card(s), the battery charger (just incase!) and a cute carrying bag, so your loved one can carry the camcorder safely and secured, when not in use. It will also come with a simple step-by-step instruction manual on how to use the camera plus a recommended shot list, to help your loved capture those special moments!

Though the camcorders are designed to be user-friendly, we do recommend doing a quick test recording before your big day! This allows you to get comfortable with the equipment and ensures everything is working properly before the celebrations start.

In your Memory Camera Package, we'll include a recommended shot list of moments for your loved ones to try to capture during your special day! For example, making sure your family member’s speech or ceremony vows don't go un-captured, your first dance or that special moment between you and your friends. You’ll have the option to write on the sheet yourself and assign loved ones to anything you want recorded over your weekend, such as Guest Video Books ( Guest interviews) Whether it’s your trusted bridesmaid or groomsmen capturing you getting ready, your aunt recording the ceremony, your cousin capturing the cake-cutting, or your brother or niece running around the dance floor, we want to make sure you go into your special day feeling good about your moments being captured, wether its your wedding, a big birthday or celebration event such as an engagement party or an event that you wish to be captured in a way, that you can look back on fondly.

The day has arrived! Your camcorder is all ready to go, you’ve tested it, and your loved ones know what they’re capturing.

Just a little reminder that each of your included camcorder batteries will last up to 8 hours when recording in 4K., but do make sure that you have your other batteries (that are already fully charged) nearby the camcorder during the day so you’re prepared for when you need to swap in the new one. ( recommend to carry it with the bag included in the package. )

Your provided memory card can store up to 8 hours of 4K footage, which typically stays well within the included battery life, so charging shouldn't be necessary during your weekend. However, if the camcorder accidentally gets left running during your pre-wedding/ event celebrations, don't worry - The Memory Camera box includes a charger so you can quickly recharge a battery overnight. So you’ll be all set for the big day!

If any of your loved ones have questions on how the camcorder works, remind them the easy steps on how the camcorder works, by sharing them our how to guide leaflet provided in our box. Our support team is available by text to help resolve any issues quickly, should you have any questions prior or on the day itself.

We’ve made sure the return of the camera is a easy-peasy lemon squeezy process. To return your camcorder, all you have to do is pack it up in the same box it came in ( we love reuse and recycling!) — be sure to include everything from the original box. We include a prepaid shipping label to add to the outside of the box. Once packed, just drop the package off at your local 24/7 InPost Locker or Royal Mail and viola! That is you done!. We kindly ask that you please return the camcorder by the last day of your rental period, which is normally within 72 hours of your event.

We’ll email you to let you know we’ve received the package back safe and sound and that your deposit has been transferred back to you! Our editing team we’ll start carefully organising the raw footage and will provide a wetransfer link for you to download your footage. Then they’ll get into the nitty ‘n gritty and start the video editing process. This process takes 2-3 weeks to complete. The final edited video will then be send to you via wetransfer as well.

  • Camcorder - 1 x or 2x

    Charged spare batteries - 3x or 6x

    Extra Days Added - £25 per extra day

  • The return shipping label is included in the package! You’ll send back the camcorder and the accessories in the same box it arrived in. (we prioritise sustainability and recycling!) All our packaging is made out of recycled cardboard/paper . You’ll just wrap the camcorder and the accessories as they came and secure the shipping box and send it off using the provided return shipping label :)

    You’ll need to return the camera within 72 hours after your special day.

    You’ll receive the camcorder 3-4 days prior your wedding or special event, so you can get used to the camcorder and have it ready to go when the big day comes! Then after your special day, you’ll have 3 days to return the camcorder back to us. If its surpasses the 3 days, an automatic charge of our extra day rate of £25 will be charged to your account.

  • The cost of the rental is also the cost that covers the replacement of the camera and its accessories, should you or your loved one accidentally break or loose the camera.

    Due to the fact that the camera cannot be insured, the rental fee will automatically be charged as a non-refundable deposit.

  • The camera is fully tested by our Camera Specialist team before its send off to you. Once the equipment is with you, you are responsible for it .

    As mentioned in the Liability section, the cost of the rental covers the cost of the camera and its accessories, if yourself or your loved one accidentally break or loose the camera.

    We recommend to receive the camera 3 to 4 days before your wedding, to test and try out the camera and get familiar with it. Plus if it does show an error of some sort, we will have time to send off a replacement, in time for your big day.

  • Handle with care - No rough handling or exposure to water

    Return on time - Late returns may incur additional daily charges / £25 per extra day
